Pousada Monastery of Crato

A huge surprise from my business trip was this beautiful Pousada located in the Crato region of Portugal. A monastery that looks more like a medieval castle. Its architecture has been preserved and its gastronomy is something apart. I don't know the criteria, but I think it should get a Michelin star.

Mosteiro do Crato is much more than a Luxury Inn, its Gothic architecture will take you on a journey through time. The Restaurant displays a menu with the highest standard of Alto Alentejo gastronomy.
